As a Commercial Manager Dry Bulk you play a pivotal role in further shaping our growth. You identify lucrative business opportunities, securing deals, and nurturing enduring customer relationships. Step into a world of possibilities:

  • Realize new business opportunities.
  • Shape and implement the dry bulk commercial strategy with a focus on minerals, steel-related and agricultural products.
  • Cultivate a thriving customer base and expand our network of international stakeholders.
  • Elevate our commercial excellence and drive continuous improvement in our sales processes, pricing strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial deals underlined by compelling business cases.
  • Execute project plans with various types of stakeholders (e.g., customers, financiers, partners).
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring market developments and customer needs to ensure we remain a step ahead.

  • Understanding and proven expertise in dry bulk storage and handling, and/or in the port or logistics domain.
  • Track record of success in B2B commercial and/or business development roles, demonstrating the ability to seize market opportunities.
  • University (of Applied Sciences) degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, business development, and/or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in English, Dutch is a plus.
