Senior Distribution Supervisor

Tronox is the largest vertically integrated producer of titanium-containing ore and titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment. We are an international company with approximately 7,000 employees, on 6 different continents and headquartered in the United States. Our location in the Botlek is the only factory in the Netherlands that produces pigment from ore.

As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for a team of about 6 - 10 people. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating logistics activities with the team at various plant locations, with substantial coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This function needs to develop the department, and the business, by implementing both local and international policies, strategy, and goals. As Distribution Supervisor you will bring a good understanding of Logistics, customs and compliance and will be able to guide and upskill the team. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding logistics and warehousing services through external vendors whilst effectively supervising a team. Based at our Botlek Plant, this is a permanent opportunity to become a part of our dynamic organization.

You will work from our production location in the Botlek and work closely with other professionals in the team at this location.

It is a full-time position;

• You will report directly to the Director OTD Europe;
• An assessment can be part of the selection procedure;
