You are responsible for a safe and first time right execution of the maintenance planning at our Catalloy and Polybutene-1 plant. Because the size (150 employees) of the facility you will deal with a great variety of disciplines.

As a Maintenance Coordinator Mechanical at LyondellBasell you are part of the Maintenance & Site Projects organisation which includes 40 employees and fixed contractors.

Some core responsibility are:

• Supervising and coaching our contractors and ensure the correct skill set is available.
• Participating in the morning meeting and discuss all notifications with the operations colleagues and challenge on correct prioritization.
• Making a first-line failure analysis for high priority notifications, draw up an action plan and organize the repair.
• Responsible for and supervising the safe, efficient and First Time Right execution of the weekly schedule.
• Providing the monthly maintenance spending forecast and report on actuals.
• Managing maintenance stops and "more extensive / multidisciplinary" maintenance activities. Starting to deliver an agreed scope of work.
• Participating in our call out schedule.
• Continuous improvement of execution related work processes in order to maximize the hands on tool times.

This is what you bring

• A Bachelors’ degree in electrical of mechanical Engineering (or comparable) or 10 years of experience in a comparable maintenance related environment.
• Knowledge and experience in risk management and process safety.
• Specialized in rotating equipment is a pré.
• Asset- and Maintenance Management knowledge is a pré
• Fluent English and Dutch.
