Finance Reporting Manager

innocent is growing from a big little company to a little big company and we are looking for someone to come along on this exciting journey with us. Recently we have introduced the Financial Operations (“FinOps”) team to our structure. FinOps focusses on bringing operational awesomeness to our transactions. It fundamentally supports and partners the wider finance team and whole business to do what it does best.

We are looking for a Finance Reporting Manager (R2R). Your role will be based at our first ever innocent-owned factory. Rotterdam or at our innocent office in Amsterdam.

• Reporting into the Record to Report Lead who is based in Salzburg
• Responsible for taking care about our financial statement audits and act as a first contact for our external auditor
• Supporting our Group Tax team as well as our shareholder Coca Cola on tax related questions.
• Responsible for our entities in the Netherlands (Fresh Trading Supply BV, Fresh Trading Manufacturing BV and Fresh Trading Property BV).
• Performing regular period end tasks including looking after our fixed assets.
• Working with shareholder on the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Acting as first level support for any VAT queries
• Taking care about internal controls that falls under your responsibility
• Performing Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Reviews

• An accounting qualification and several experience of having worked within accounting
• Relevant experience in Finance role within manufacturing environment
• Experience and professional knowledge to handle tax questions (e.g. CIT, VAT)
• Strong communication skills both in Dutch and English to build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the “why” behind a financial process in a simple, engaging way and a great track record of taking people with you
• Problem solving skills to spot an issue, quickly identify the root cause and come up with a plan to resolve
• A structured and documented work approach and strong levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong excel skills
• As a bonus: Power BI knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365
• The blender is based in Rotterdam Europoort, you need own transport to reach our factory.
