Finance analyst

As Finance analyst, you will be part of the finance team for the factory. In this role, you’ll be supporting the team on financial processes play an important role in managing our capital spent. You will help the team to ‘know our numbers’ while making the smoothies and juices for all our drinkers in Europe. You’ll be joining us when we are still in the ramp-up phase of the blender and the financial systems, so you get the fantastic opportunity to be part of the team finding and implementing the right solutions. With your critical mind you think of ways how we can make our processes smoother, and you support on the implementation of these changes. Attention to detail and ability to drive process to completion are very important and you have a natural drive and commitment to liaise with business stakeholders.
Reporting to the Finance Partner, you will work together with blender finance team on a wide range of finance and operations topics in a start-up environment. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on operations finance experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Partnering with the blender capital project managers to align operational and financial progression of capital work in progress;
• Understanding and challenging all blender capital requests and manage their capital cash flow forecast together with the project managers;
• Prepare and explain monthly cash flow reporting on capital;
• Provide financial support on projects that arise in the business (implementation, innovation, development etc.);
• Support on financial audit and delivery on supporting documents requests;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the broader innocent/blender teams;
• Perform periodical variance analysis to analyse and provide stakeholders with explanations to understand them and to drive cost improvements;
• Managing the PR/PO/GR process for the finance related suppliers, including implementation of overall improvements sharing with other teams;
• Be the support and sparrings partner for other departments for all PO or supplier related requests;
• Support on the financial periodical close and annual close;
• Be effective backup for the finance team during leave periods;
• Implement the required procedures for finance controls in alignment with the group finance team;
• Deliver all control reporting and relevant communication;
• Support overall good financial governance at the blender.
