IT Support Engineer

• Provide IT helpdesk and end-user support across the organization.
• Maintain and improve IT systems, including servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Administer and manage Windows environments, including Active Directory.
• Assist with Linux system administration (a plus).
• Handle network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Support and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Participate in implementation projects, system upgrades, and migrations.
• Use basic scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Work within and support a Google Workspace (Google Apps) environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A few years of hands-on IT experience (e.g., helpdesk, IT support, or computer store technician).
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, SAP, networking, and general troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows administration and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
• Understanding of networking principles and experience with network configuration.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Basic knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• MBO/HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+ are a plus.
