Key Tasks/Responsibilities

Support and contribute to the development of fleet management and new build strategy.
Keep an overview of the availability of the vessels.
Monitor docking and CAPEX projects in compliance with company standards.
Monitor area fleet performance.
Advise on fleet renewal, modification or innovation.
Follow up damage reports and (insurance) claims.
Ensure follow up and implementation of new statutory and class requirements

Required knowledge/experience

Educational/certificates

Nautical college is a pré

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position at a shipping company.
Seagoing experience is a pré.

Other requirements

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of Classification and Flag state requirements and certificates.
Excellent command of the Dutch/English language, both oral and written.
Fully proficient with computers and applications, including Microsoft Office.
