At Huntsman, we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Manager Automotive EAMEI to shape strategy, drive growth, and bring sustainable innovation to the automotive sector. Working with R&D, Sales, Sustainability and Business Development teams you’ll help launch cutting-edge polyurethane products and strengthen our competitive edge within the automotive industry and beyond. We offer a remote position across the EMEA region, with a strong preference for candidates based in Belgium (Brussels area) or Netherlands (Rotterdam area), due to the team’s presence there.

• Lead marketing activities for the automotive sector, ensuring a strong and impactful presence across relevant channels and touchpoints

• Develop and execute the automotive market segment strategy, driving growth, differentiation, and alignment with corporate objectives

• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, lead projects that deliver disruptive polyurethane solutions and accelerate commercialization of new technologies

• Manage and prioritize the project pipeline for the automotive segment within EAMEI, deliver updates to the project governance board

• Interpret market analytics and forecasting to provide actionable insights on segment trends, demand drivers, and competitive positioning

• Monitor and interpret legislative, technological, and commercial developments and assess their impact on business strategy and product portfolio

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain) to influence decision-making and guide strategic priorities

• Maintain and expand a robust industry network, fostering relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and key stakeholders

• Represent the company at major industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing within the industrial sector

• Automotive industry background - preferably gained in global mid to largescale corporations, respectively chemical industry background,

• Successful track record in leading innovation / R&D projects and initiatives

• Educational background in marketing, business administration, economics, or related fields; alternatively in chemistry or related disciplines

• Full fluency in English, German knowledge is nice to have

• Success-oriented, proactive approach

• Ability to quickly build confidence and strong relationships

• Dynamic personality: extrovert, energetic, open, communicative
