Senior Product Line Manager, Specialties (EMEA)

Bunge is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Product Line Manager to optimize our product portfolio and drive significant business performance across the region.

This critical role is designed for an individual who thrives in developing specialty products and bringing people together to achieve ambitious goals. You will not only manage but lead the evolution of our product management approach, ensuring the effective commercialization of agreed strategies to meet and exceed our business objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our specialties portfolio, particularly for our Westzaan operations, by working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and innovation teams.

• Strategic Commercialization: Drive the commercialization of agreed strategies in a complex matrix organization across multiple departments. This includes implementing and evolving product management approaches, building, and developing our Product Management team.
• Product Management Excellence: Ensure product management roles, responsibilities, processes, and systems/tools are well-defined, in place, and operating effectively. Contribute to global Product Management ways of working and implement them across the EMEA region.
• Strategic Pricing: Establish and maintain strategic pricing processes, tools, and capabilities that generate significant value for the business. Align, set, and communicate weekly game plans and daily margin/price levels, monitoring sales compliance with pricing guidance.
• Portfolio Optimization & Growth: Optimize the regional product portfolio's volume/value contribution and capacity utilization by proactively identifying and executing business growth initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in senior management roles.
• Extensive customer-facing experience, particularly in joint business planning and initiative execution.
• Highly collaborative attitude with a proven ability to achieve results through others.
• A strong background in specialty food ingredients, with a preference for experience managing a highly complex portfolio. Candidates with experience in food ingredients sector are highly desirable.
