Process Operator – Xycle Europoort (Full-time)

As an operator at Xycle, you are more than just a “process monitor.” You play a key role in the start-up phase and will be a driving force behind the future success of our plant.

• Commissioning: You will be involved from day one. You assist in testing, start-up and fine-tuning of the installation. You will learn the plant inside out as it is being brought into operation.
• Process control: You operate and monitor our innovative pyrolysis installation from both the control room and the field.
• Quality & safety: You take samples, perform analyses and ensure compliance with strict safety and environmental standards.
• Technical ownership: You safeguard the technical integrity of the plant by carrying out inspections, resolving first-line disturbances and proactively identifying process improvements.
• Logistics: You are involved in loading and unloading trucks.

We are not looking for people who simply “keep things running,” but for hands-on professionals with a strong sense of ownership.

• You have completed a VAPRO A or B qualification.
• You hold (or are willing to obtain) VCA, BHV and a forklift certificate.
• You have a proactive mindset and a pioneering attitude. You are motivated to help shape a new installation and see unexpected situations as an opportunity to develop your technical skills.
• You are communicative and a strong team player.
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus, but your motivation and drive are key.

• Salary: A gross monthly salary between €3,050 and €3,800 (based on full-time employment and depending on experience).
• Shift allowance: A fixed 30% allowance (5-shift schedule).
