Global Business Director - Food Preservation & Confectionery

• Lead and develop a global market team, delivering results through people and crossfunctional collaboration

• Own delivery of revenue growth, margin performance, pipeline development and conversion

• Sponsor innovation initiatives and selected CAPEX projects, from market justification to execution

• Monitor global market trends, customer needs and competitive developments

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related field

• Minimum 15 years of senior commercial experience in food, ingredients or related industries

• Proven people leadership experience within global, matrix organizations

• Handson, entrepreneurial leader with a clear bias for execution
