• Lead the commercial execution engine of Revenue Management, translating pricing strategy and contracting standards into measurable business value.
• Shape the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of commercial agreements across APM Terminals' global portfolio.
• Partner with senior commercial, legal, terminal, and revenue management leaders on high-value negotiations and strategic commercial decisions.
• Develop and lead a team of Pricing & Contracting Managers and Analysts, building capability and driving commercial excellence across the organization.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Pricing & Contracting team, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across shipping line acquisition deals, renewals, and local commercial opportunities.
• Own pricing and contracting outcomes across the deal and renewal pipeline, applying pricing models, mandates, and standards to optimize revenue and margin performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio profitability through pricing optimization, revenue enhancements, and disciplined application of commercial standards.
• Partner with relevant sales leaders to steer cross-functional deal teams during major negotiations, safeguarding commercial value while balancing risk and customer relationships.
• Ensure disciplined use of pricing standards, clause libraries, and contracting frameworks, maintaining consistency, quality, and enforceability across agreements.
• Monitor portfolio performance against contractual commitments and evolving market conditions, mobilizing the team to capture revenue and margin improvement opportunities.
• Drive adoption of evolving pricing and contracting platforms, standards, and automation capabilities while providing structured feedback and execution requirements to platform and analytics teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across terminal leadership, sales, legal, revenue management, and commercial functions.
• Commercial pragmatism combined with a strong focus on governance, quality, risk management, and attention to detail.
• Resilience and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure negotiation environments where commercial outcomes are business critical.
