For our IT department "Business Process Support", we are looking for the Hamburg or Rotterdam location as soon as possible an ERP Business Process Expert / Order-to-Cash (m/f/d).
The HOYER Group successfully develops and operates its own transport and logistics software. The system covers road and intermodal transports, container management and rental, repair and tracking and tracing. It has a modular structure and is process-oriented.
In order to be able to push ahead with the further expansion, we are looking within the central IT department for additional personnel mainly for the Invoicing Billing Accounting module with its financial related processes around calculation, cost management and billing with the following periphrases:

You are responsible for one or more processes with the corresponding IT Projects within the HOYER Group. For these processes, you analyse and model the information and information flows and you are the sparring partner and conscience for the business management. You lead implementation projects and train users. You report to one of the team leader and or the manager/head of Corporate IT Business Process Support. The department is part of our Corporate IT department.

You come into contact with all facets of the HOYER Group and your contacts in the organization enable you to analyze existing and desired information flows of business processes. You then translate these processes into a solution within the HOYER Enterprise application, describe them, supervise the design and test and accept the conversion by the Development department. In addition, you will also receive various requests from the organization whose functionality you know how to formulate and translate into IT specifications. Through your knowledge of databases, development methods and technologies, you support your colleagues and the organization with specific and following advice. Based on your analyses, you come up with new ideas, business cases or functional designs.
You preferably have an HBO+ level of work and thinking in (technical) business administration, logistics or information management. You have extensive experience in performing information analysis and drawing up functional designs, requirements and business cases. You have basic knowledge of databases and development methods. You have experience in an international logistics environment with international container logistics, intermodal transport planning, financial management and ERP processes is just like Agile/Scrum. Controlling the English and German language in words and writing is self-evident.
