In this dynamic position you are the link between our customers, freight forwarders, shipping companies and other departments. It is important that you feel responsible for the way the file is structured, that you are flexible and that you are not afraid of deadlines.
- You check all relevant data of shipments and also process this data accurately;
- You maintain contact with our customers, shipping companies, overseas offices and with the responsible forwarder;
- You take care of the documentation for the shipments;
- You know how to make proposals at operational level to improve administrative processes;
- You support our Customer Service department.
Skills and experience
- You have MBO or HBO work / thinking level;
- You preferably have experience in logistics;
- Stress resistant, commitment and fast switching are competencies that belong to you;
- You have a high level of responsibility;
- You are available 40 hours a week;
- Because you are part of an international department and organization, it is important that you have good communication skills
