Head of Supply Chain Optimisation

We "re looking for aHead of Supply Chain Optimisation. In this role, you "ll lead the charge in making our supply chain adaptable and scalable to match our business"s growth. You will help us break down barriers and mitigate risks that impact performance and meet our customer, operational, and business needs .

From designing to optimizing our supply chain network , you"ll help us operate as efficiently and cost-effective possible, from sourcing ingredients to distributing finished products.

As the driving force behind our supply chain optimization, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a big impact on our journey to become a fastpaced and lean supply chain.

This role can be based in either Rotterdam (preference) or London, UK and involves approximately 25% travel across our European regions.

• Develop and execute operating models, business cases, and initiatives aimed at optimising our supply chain"s cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate and optimise our end-to-end supply chain, covering warehousing, manufacturing, fulfilment, and procurement to enhance business value.
• Apply statistical analysis, analytics, and algorithms to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.
• Lead teams effectively through change.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence across all levels to drive consensus and support for supply chain initiatives.
• Develop strategic improvement initiatives aligned with long-term goals and ensure their successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement cost-saving strategies strategically across all regions.
• Work with various departments to develop business cases and long-term investment plans for a sustainable operating model.
• Facilitate change to internal processes, practices and technologies to optimise performance and achieve organisational targets.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, methodologies, and priorities.
• Develop, execute and implement projects and process improvements (including distribution network design, transportation mode selection, capacity planning etc.) within the supply chain organization to drive continuous enhancement.
• Provide coaching and training to our Supply Chain team for specific projects and overall team development.
• Establish global supply contingency plans to ensure readiness for crisis situations.

• Significant experience in Supply Chain Management, Optimization, and Data Analytics, demonstrating a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Solid experience in change management and the ability to influence across senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in producing, interpreting, and communicating forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transforming environment.
• Strong coaching and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Knowledge and experience in Power BI development and Smartsheet are a plus.
