• Manufacturing manager; Production Engineers
• HSE department

• Tolling operation
• Raw materials suppliers
• Third parties at production site or elsewhere

HSE:

• Provide support/input for the improvement of Pernis manufacturing HSE policies & procedures and Process Safety Management process.
• Responsible for defining the process safety and technology operating windows.

Operability:

• Responsible for developing plans to improve the manufacturing targets (e.g., HSE, reliability, yield, utility consumption, quality, variable, and direct fixed costs).
• Responsible to develop, together with key stakeholders, a long-term improvement plan.
• Co-responsible (together with manufacturing and supply chain) for manufacturing input for operational agreements with raw material suppliers, toll manufacturers and other third parties.
• Responsible for the improvement of Pernis manufacturing management processes.

Costs:

• Provide support/input to improve and reduce operational costs.
• Co-responsible for providing input and feedback on investment costs of projects carried out and/or started.

MOC/Projects:

• Responsible for initiation and implementation of Management Of Change items and productivity projects.
• In the lead for Process Improvement projects during the initial phase of a capital investment project.

Quality

• New raw material (suppliers) approvals and reviews
• Responsible to follow up on abnormalities to provide long term compliance to the defined operating windows, including initiation of Root Cause
