Welcome to the heart of our Turnaround operations! As Site Turnaround Team Leader you"ll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence. Guided by the Turnaround Excellence Model (OES-043), your mission is to ensure Tier 1 milestones are met.

• Providing leadership to enable the organization to achieve GoalZERO Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance;
• Timely scope development with comprehensive content, boundary case, and prioritization;
• Owning and maintaining the site Boundary Case Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID);
• Ensuring alignment between site SAP and Turnaround/Shutdown (TA/STO) base/variable/incremental scope, including newly added equipment;
• Communicating status, key performance indicators, and metrics;
• Evaluating and closing out reports post-TA for your discipline.

• A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar role within the industry. This role requires a strong leadership style and the ability to effectively guide and inspire teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a process plant or similar environment, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
• Ideally, at least 5 years of prior experience in turnaround, project management, operations, or maintenance coordination, demonstrating the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects.
• Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience, providing foundational knowledge necessary to thrive in this dynamic role.
• Fluency in English and ideally, your level of proficiency in Dutch is B2 (or willing to learn).
