Sr. QC Technician – (day shift)

Phase I (for the start-up) : In this phase, preparations will be made for the litigation. The work will include:

• Translating work instructions
• Implementing LIMS
• Installation of laboratory equipment
• Setting up the laboratories
• Training on the analyses to be performed
• Liaising with suppliers
• Support in SHEQ department

Phase II (after start-up) : In this phase, the work will include:

• Point of contact for the laboratory
• Performing quality checks (routine and non-routine analyses)
• Processing and analysis of the analysis results
• Sampling at the factory
• Sample Preparation
• Management of the storage and disposal of the samples
• Calibration of laboratory equipment and continuous analyzers, such as the PGC
• Performing simple maintenance on the laboratory equipment
• Performing trend analyses
• Preparation of certificates of analysis
• Managing inventories and waste streams (chemicals, consumables, etc.) in the laboratory
• Ensures safety and cleanliness in the laboratory
• Collaborate with colleagues from other locations (MGC headquarters in Tokyo, Sales office in Düsseldorf and New York and the production sites in Japan)
