Business Solution Manager

You will be a key contributor during the sales process, bringing solution expertise and ensuring the solution offered address the customer needs. In close collaboration with our organization, you will secure business readiness at relevant locations and lead the onboarding of new clients. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and global service delivery, while continuously developing the customer relationships.

We expect you to continuously look for ways to improve the end-to-end customer journey and contribute to the development of Marine Supply System’s capabilities. For example, by contributing with functional expertise in the development of digital capabilities. The Business Solution Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Good knowledge within freight forwarding, warehousing or logistics operations

• Experience from business process development, implementation and management

• Good understanding of IT and how digital capabilities can be used as enablement

• Excellent communication and change management skills

• Fluency in English

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related

• Customer focus, can-do attitude and ownership mentality

• Well organized and good at time and people management

• Ability to thrive in fast-moving and cross-cultural environments

• Collaborative in team constellations, willingness to roll up sleeves when needed…
