As a Global Director Business Technology and Innovation, you will provide clear leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, building organizational capability for future growth. Stolt Tankers, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist in transporting bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum products, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. We are building a winning culture characterized by a safe, sustainable, and continuous improvement mindset.

In this role, you will develop and own the business technology strategy by leading the creation, development, and execution that align with organizational goals.

Leading digital innovation initiatives, you will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge business assets, utilizing digital product and service design to unlock strategic growth opportunities. You will act as the primary advocate for product growth initiatives, pitching for investments, and garnering stakeholder confidence in digital innovation projects.

In collaboration with Stolt-Nielsen Business Technology, you will work to future-proof IT systems, ensuring they support both current and future business needs. You will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within cross-functional teams, developing team members and building organizational capability for continued success.

• Develop and own the business technology strategy by leading the creation, development, and execution that align with organizational goals.
• Define product and organizational structures, transitioning from a start-up mindset to structured ways of working.
• Oversee Agile product development planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and address customer needs.
• Lead digital innovation initiatives to create strategic growth opportunities.
• Pitch for investments and drive stakeholder confidence.
• Understand and translate customer needs into technology solutions.
• Leverage off-the-shelf solutions and collaborate for successful implementation.

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree in a relevant area (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience, with significant time in senior leadership roles related to business technology or innovation.
• Proven ability in putting in place and developing robust Product Management Frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets with robust financial control.
• Agile experience and expertise in strategic impact and analysis for product features.
