Delivery Processors are responsible for the daily operational activities related to the delivery process and working with other departments to ensure that shipments are planned efficiently and in a timely manner.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create, plan and process deliveries based upon customer orders and stock transport orders (with respect to dates, material availability, incoterms)
• Preparation of all required documentation necessary for shipping of orders, e.g. CMR and bill of ladings.
• Liaise with carrier representatives and Customer Service department to make arrangements, and to issue instructions for loading, shipping and delivery of materials.
• Interact with colleagues, departments, (external) warehouse(s) to ensure proper communication, timely loading and processing of deliveries and customer orders.
• File documents and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned.

• 2 years of work experience in a similar function
• Good to excellent English language skills both verbally and written
• Knowledge of transportation & logistics
• Experience with MS office
• Broad knowledge of processes within a company
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication at every hierarchical level and within different disciplines within the organization
