International Stock Coordinator

• Plan to secure availability of stocked products, chemicals, assembled products and test kits
• Monitor which products within the product portfolio to keep stocked in the different warehouse locations.
• Responsible for setting the service level high on stocked products.
• Pro-actively monitor increases or decreases in demand of the assigned product portfolio and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Align with stakeholders on market developments, regulations, or changes in customer purchasing behaviour.
• Align with Planning for availability considerations, supply availability from suppliers etc..
• Obtaining sufficient feedback and integrating customer forecasts and follow-up on forecast accuracy.
• Review and follow up on specific Supply Chain Management (SCM) requests.
• Responsible for establishing solid planning on the phase-in and phase-out of products in case needed.
• Follow-up on monthly lost sales as per data records.
• Establish and maintain all planning data in the inventory planning system to ensure correct reorder levels, e.g., lead time, service levels, Minimum Order Quantity, buffers, etc..
• Establish and maintain up to date cost prices of global inventory in each warehouse
• Monitor excess and obsolete inventory
• Provide input on reshuffle potential within the assigned product portfolio during global reshuffle exercises
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor and track slow-moving or obsolete stock and propose appropriate actions, such as promotional activities or write-offs, to minimize financial losses.
• Report any challenges or stock issues to the Global Supply Chain manager..
• Perform and conduct stock counts in strategic locations in a frequence agreed with each service provider.
• Close collaboration with Global supply chain manager to discuss and set weekly, monthly and long-term demand plans for the production schedule to be fully aligned.

Be the point of contact for global supply chain manager globally and actively participate in executing company’s Supply Chain processes and objectives.

• Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing data.
• The capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of stock flows between multiple locations
• Profound knowledge of English (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Experience with forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock balancing
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
• Strong prioritization and follow-up skills
