Sales Manager Feed/Animal Nutrition

If so, we’d like to meet you.Bunge is expanding our presence in the Animal Nutrition segment, and we are hiring a (Senior) Sales Manager Feed/Animal Nutrition to drive growth across EMEA and unlock the full potential of our newest WestZaan facility.

As the (Senior) Sales Manager Animal Nutrition, you will take ownership of developing and managing our Animal Feed segment. You will build strategic and tactical account plans, develop new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships across the industry.This role requires a strong commercial background in animal nutrition/feed, an existing network and market contacts, combined with a proactive, hunting mentality.

• • Develop and grow Bunge’s Animal Feed segment across EMEA;
• Build and execute demand and account strategies aligned with regional priorities;
• Manage relationships with existing customers and new prospects in different sizes and complexities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, Supply Chain, FP&A) to ensure excellent customer service;
• Work closely with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to drive aligned execution;
• Build and maintain market intelligence through mapping and sharing customer insights;
• Stay informed on market trends; represent Bunge at trade fairs and industry events.

• Proven commercial experience in the Animal Nutrition industry;
• Understanding of client applications;
• Strong business development and analytical skills;
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making capabilities;
• Relationship builder with a team-first mindset;Solid project execution and strategic planning skills.

• Bachelor or Master level education;
• 5+ years of experience in Sales;
• Dutch language skills are a must;
• Strong proficiency in English.
