In close collaboration with key stakeholders, you will secure solutions that create sustainable customer value. We will expect you to put your expertise to work to continuously develop the MSS value proposition, business model, and commercial offering. While doing so, you will relentlessly explore new ways to leverage Wilhelmsen’s exceptional setup to make the MSS offering stand out in the market.
The Business Development Director will report to MSS Chief Executive Officer.

Significant experience from business development and sales leadership in a global environment

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

Experience from operations, preferably 3PL and logistics services

Fluency in English

A master’s degree in business, engineering, logistics or related

Curiosity regarding market trends and business opportunities

An ownership-mentality and a can-do attitude
