S&OP Manager

Responsible for all aspects and leadership of the Valvoline Europe S&OP processes. Establish and implement supply and planning strategy supporting our commercial business initiatives. Develop an efficient supply and planning strategy that provides industry leading service to our customers, through the purchasing, manufacturing, and delivery of our products, creating a competitive advantage for Valvoline and our partners. This role will lead, coach, and develop people while business partnerning Sales, Commercial, Finance & manufacturing teams.

• Be at the centre of an ambitious growth plan at VGO Europe with a dynamic & expanding team of professionals
• Drive supply chain transformation with technology at the heart & improve business processes to make VGO SC a growth enabler and best in the industry
• Independence in thinking & acting in line with business goals.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, primarily production planning, demand planning & S&OP
• Leading a team of 5+ people
• Preferred FMCG/CPG experience
