Maintenance solution supervisor

We are looking for you, Maintenance Solution Supervisor, to join our Maintenance team at our Rotterdam refinery.

The Maintenance Solutions Supervisor oversees a multidisciplinary team of professionals responsible for delivering reliable, cost-efficient, and continuously improving maintenance operations within Neste entities in the Netherlands. In addition, the role acts as Business Solution Owner (BSO) for SAP EAM within the Renewable Products (RP) division, requiring close collaboration and alignment with the Oil Products (OP) division. This dual responsibility ensures effective team leadership while enabling global solution governance, operational excellence, and long-term business value.

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance support team to deliver reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance.

• Ensure effective use of SAP EAM and other tools to optimize preventive maintenance, cost tracking, and reporting.

• Act as Business Solution Owner (BSO) for SAP EAM within RP: manage key user networks, align with OP BSO EAM, and coordinate with other ERP module Solution Leads (e.g., MM, MDG, Finance) to ensure integrated solution governance.

• Define and prioritize business requirements with OP and IT Solution Managers; oversee development pipeline and ensure business value delivery.

• Analyse workflows and solution performance (with e.g., Celonis, Power BI), initiating improvements where efficiency or reliability can be gained.

• Guarantee availability and quality of end-user instructions, competence development, and training for both key users and line organizations.

• Accountable change management leadership, including release communication and transparent updates to stakeholders in RP and OP.

• Pro-actively drive continuous improvement initiatives in both processes and systems, ensuring alignment with corporate Operational Excellence goals.

• Initiates developments based on process analysis, driving efficient and standardized global processes.

• Manage budgets, resources, and priorities of the maintenance support team, balancing operational and strategic demands.

• Serve as a bridge between RP and OP divisions and across ERP domains, ensuring consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing in SAP EAM and its integration with other modules.

• Stay ahead of industry best practices, digitalization trends, and regulatory requirements to future-proof maintenance solutions. .

• Strong (10+ years) experience in maintenance, asset management or reliability

• Minimum of 3-5 years in leadership role

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related field

• Proven expertise in SAP EAM, solution ownership and digital process development

• Experience in cross-divisional collaboration is strongly preferred.

• High commitment to safety and safety standards

• Proven skills in communication and leadership, incl. change leadership

• Proven ability to influence multiple levels of an organization

• Fluent spoken and written English
