Project Manager Non Technical

Continuous improvement of business processes and site-relevant systems (requirements management and/or user acceptance tests)

• Management, securing, and updating of site-relevant systems (e.g., CTS, PI Vision)
• Collaboration and involvement with stakeholders or groups (staff departments, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and asset management/asset team)
• Coordination and support of CoE-driven organizational changes at the ADM Europoort plant
• Assessment of the impact of new developments (e.g., ADM standards, laws, and regulations) on the current organization
• Identification of relevant trends and aspects affecting the various management systems
• Advising management on resource requirements essential for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving project management and business processes
• Conducting (regular) consultations and ensuring clear collaboration with internal and external stakeholders parties
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (e.g., participation in PE sub-teams or other committees)
• Facilitate effective communication between the various work streams and manage critical dependencies
  Responsibilities:
  The position holder is responsible for the professional and diligent execution of assigned tasks.
• Responsible for coordinating the identification, documentation, communication, and timely completion of agreed actions.
• Participation in necessary training and instruction.

• Successfully completed a degree (focus: business), technical business administration, or comparable
• Knowledge and experience in accounting practices, such as costing, budgeting, and forecasting, are advantageous.
• At least 3 years of professional project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery is a requirement. Relevant industry experience is an advantage. (Total Work experience of 5+ years)
• Knowledge of management systems and experience with project management tools (interface between IT and technology or production)
• The ability to think ‘outside the box’ and to work and communicate at a conceptual level as well as at a hands-on, practical level
• Experience in change management is desirable.

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Practical PC skills, including confident use of standard office applications such as MS Office (especially advanced Excel skills)
