Client Coordinator M/F Fulltime

As a Client Coordinator at Camin Cargo, you serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our operations team. You are responsible for the daily coordination of client nominations, maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships—including on-site visits—and attracting new business opportunities.

• Act as the main point of contact and company representative to clients, ensuring satisfaction with Camin Cargo’s performance.
• Communicate with clients regarding field measurements, laboratory testing, and job progress updates.
• Develop and recommend solutions to unique client requests or requirements that balance customer satisfaction with company interests.
• Review and evaluate client nominations (purchase orders) for completeness, accuracy, and feasibility.
• Coordinate client requirements with the Inspector Coordinator and/or Laboratory Coordinator to ensure timely and proper execution; communicate directly with Inspectors or Laboratory Technicians when necessary.
• Collect, analyze, and verify data from field and laboratory results; prepare or oversee the preparation of corresponding reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Exercise discretion and fiscal responsibility in resolving client complaints using strong negotiation and customer service skills with minimal supervision.
• Interpret and apply company policies to resolve disputes or customer dissatisfaction.
• Use advanced field and laboratory knowledge to identify root causes of quality or process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Participate in scheduling and job assignment duties during non-working hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Attend and contribute to branch management meetings.

• Requires a minimum of three years of relevant and increasingly responsible experience in field inspection services and/or knowledge of various product specifications in the petroleum industry.
• Must demonstrate strong evidence of judgment and effective managerial and inter-personal skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both speaking, understanding, and writing).
• Work in day shift and willing to work weekends on a rotating basis with colleagues.
• Able to identify problems and search for appropriate solutions.

• Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
