In this role, you will shape, drive, and accelerate key organizational design, transformation, talent, and culture initiatives across our corporate functions, our shared service center in Manila, and our Digital Innovation Centre in Hyderabad—two strategically important hubs that play a central role in how we scale, standardize, and innovate globally.

As a People Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping a future-ready organization. You will drive and accelerate robust succession planning, ensuring critical roles are supported by strong, future-oriented talent pipelines. As the organization evolves, you will help align skills and capabilities with shifting business priorities and long-term strategy.
You will support and strengthen our corporate functions (Legal, Business Technologies, Finance, Communications, People) while partnering closely with our shared service center in Manila - an essential operational hub that enables scale, efficiency, and consistency across the business. In parallel, you will contribute to shape and leveraging our newly setup Digital Innovation Centre in Hyderabad a- strategically located hub designed to tap into India’s deep and rapidly growing talent pool to build scalable technology and digital innovation capabilities.
You leverage AI-enabled insights and advanced analytics to help people and business decisions, strengthen workforce planning, and elevate talent strategies. You know how to bridge the gap between insight and execution whilst applying thoughtful judgment when interpreting outputs, remaining aware of limitations and bias.
Operating within a global matrix, you will partner closely with Regional People Services, People Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and the People PMO. You report directly to the CPO.
- Shape and drive the People Strategy with a global, forward-looking perspective and ensure alignment across the enterprise.
- Advise senior leadership on productivity, efficiency, cost discipline, and workforce planning.
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives, and use your cross-organizational stakeholder management skills to enhance collaboration.
- Steer skills-based talent management, leadership development, and capability building initiatives.
- Champion the use of People analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights for informed decision-making.
- University graduate. Masters preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and demonstrated record of successful service to a global business.
- Experience in global matrix environments, crosscultural collaboration, and working with digital or dataenabled transformation.
- Solid knowledge of key People processes across the entire employment life cycle.
- Strong partnership and problem-solving skills, able to collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Experience in change management and guiding dynamic global organizations through change.
- Close knowledge of employment law in at least two countries.
