Site Director (Chief Blender)

Ons doel is om in 2030 CO neutraal te zijn. Daarom hebben we in Rotterdam de blender gebouwd: onze eigen drankjesfabriek waar we elke dag proberen om zo vriendelijk mogelijk te zijn voor de planeet, voor mensen én voor ons bedrijf.

De blender draait inmiddels op volle toeren en laat zien hoe een fabriek eruit kan zien als je duurzaamheid vanaf het allereerste idee meeneemt in alles wat je bouwt. We willen dat onze aanpak andere bedrijven inspireert om óók dat extra stapje te zetten wanneer zij een nieuwe fabriek neerzetten.

• We’ve built something special here: a carbon-neutral factory for innocent with big ambitions to be “The Earth’s Favourite Little Healthy Drinks Factory”. Over the last few years we have successfully set up, commissioned and brought our blender manufacturing operations to life, supporting the innocent supply chain and business “to make it easier to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit and veg” and work towards growing the business by a billion more portions of fruit and veg. Here at the blender our mission is to bring Blender Excellence – where delicious juices & smoothies are safely delivered in every bottle. As Site Lead, you’ll shape what comes next — building a safe, high-performing and future-ready site, while playing a key role in our end-to-end (E2E – from sourcing to delivery) supply chain strategy.

• Leading the Blender as a high-performing, safe and sustainable manufacturing site
• Owning manufacturing performance and site strategy
• Building a strong leadership team and culture where people thrive
• Building an engaged workforce with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Playing a key role in shaping and delivering the E2E Supply Chain strategy
• Leading all site functions (operations, engineering, quality, safety and environment)
• Setting and delivering a clear three-year site plan (including operational excellence and investment priorities)
• Managing key stakeholders across supply chain, finance, people & culture and beyond

you’ll have

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business (a Masters Degree is a bonus)
• 10–15 years’ experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership roles in complex environments
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulated environments
• Demonstrated budget cost management experience
• experience delivering transformation and improvement at site level
• the ability to balance strategy with hands-on operational leadership
