Regulatory Affairs Coordinator – Product & Market Focused

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with a sharp eye for legislation and a passion for product and market-related issues.


As Regulatory Affairs Coordinator – Product and Market Focused, you are the key link between our customers, suppliers and the Ducor quality, and development teams. You ensure that our products and processes always comply with relevant legislation and market standards. You work both in an advisory and operational capacity, continuously translating complex requirements into clear, practical solutions.

• Handle customer inquiries related to legislation, QAAs, compliance statements, and datasheets
• Monitor and implement relevant changes in legislation within our markets and customer end markets
• Provide advice on projects and anticipate market trends and developments
• Support internal and external audits (ISO, certifying bodies)
• Coordinate supplier QAAs and maintain our raw material and product database
• Evaluate change requests and manage the Only Representative status related to REACH

• A communicative team player with an eye for detail and quality
• Capable of translating complex regulations into practical actions
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
• Willing to travel (internationally) for conferences, trade shows, and customer visits

• Higher professional education (HBO+) or academic level (WO), preferably in chemistry, environmental science, or a related field
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or a similar role within the chemical industry
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with ISO processes and international regulations is a plus
