Customer Service Representative

As our Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the entire process for your customers. You ensure that our customers are satisfied and that the process runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Stolthaven Terminals, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist storage provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum products, gases, vegetable oils biofuels and oleochemicals.

As Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic and close-knit team.

Your goal is to be in touch with customers and execute our ordering process in a customer-friendly, efficient, and goal-oriented manner. You will also have extensive contact with other internal teams to ensure the customer is always correctly informed and you can spot areas of improvement.

You will work from the office at our terminal in Moerdijk.

• Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned customers.
• Execute and monitor the order management process.
• Recognize and proactively discuss deviations.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution and working together with the customer to find solutions in case of issues.

• Experience in a similar role, or in a customer-facing position.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Affinity with Microsoft Office and knowledge of administrative processes.
• Knowledge and/or affinity with logistics processes.
